Please clean the ME Region of this file. The laptop powers on but stays stuck at the DELL logo. This is the only file that works on my device, so I need it to be fully cleaned and cleared. Thank you.

"I understand that the ME region is already clean. However, since this is a donor dump from another board, the laptop still freezes right at the Dell logo with the 3 orange / 6 white error.
Could the issue be related to corrupted NVRAM data, a DMI/Service Tag mismatch, or does it require a complete rebuild using FIT for this specific PCH configuration? Since this is the only file that makes the laptop power on, is there a way to clear or fix this freeze? Thank you for your support."
