The board was manufactured by Wistron for Dell. Wistron board numbers are 5–6 digits plus a revision, so you can confirm it on the PCB silkscreen.

Usually needed when the laptop powers on with a black screen after a BIOS update, is stuck in a boot loop, or is locked with a BIOS password.
Back up the original dump first — it contains machine-specific data (serial, UUID, MAC, ME), and you will want it if anything goes wrong. Revision matters: use a file made for 21301-2 specifically.
