Hello,
My Dell device turns on but stops exactly at the Dell logo.
  • CPU status: I do not feel any heat from the processor at all.
  • LED lights: The device flashes 3 amber lights and 6 white lights.
  • BIOS file: The attached BIOS file is the only one that the device works on. With any other file, the device does not respond at all.
I have sent and requested help multiple times before with no response. Can the experts please help me with this attached file?
