DELL Please help DELL DP16250 Build bios

Hello, could you help me rebuild the BIOS and update only the ME partition? I have a full backup; I only want to update the ME partition.

Model: PB16250
Motherboard Model: 233075-SB

ME Version: 18.1.15.2263

I want to update to version 18.1.15.2543

I have a backup and a clean ME partition.

But I can't compile because I don't have MFIT 18.1.

Above both file no have Bios region.
Please send me board code photo

If you could work with version ME 18.1.15.2543, I would be extremely grateful, as it is the only version the machine recognizes, or later.

My laptop turns on and then shuts off after a few seconds,
It doesn't work, friend :( , the problem is that you have to use the backup to copy the BIOS region (Microcodes, etc.) because the computer is in pre-production or prototype.
