Check motherboard these bios are tested ok

But with the backup file I uploaded, it does send video, it's just stuck in a BIOS recovery cycle and keeps restarting without finishing. Could you repair that file?

Try this both same time
After bios remove cmos and wait 2,3 mint.
Laptop will turn auto no need to press switch
