ASK I have a Dell Precision M6700 that is bricked. Can I get some info/schematics for the BIOS?

Laptops and Desktop Bios, Schematic and Boardview Files And Repairing Discussion
My Dell Precision M6700 laptop has quit. It won't boot or post. I want to check for a corrupt CMOS using a taken apart. I haven't removed the CPU heat sink yet, but I suspect the BIOS chips are the U52 and U53 positions on the motherboard because they are the two closest chips to the CMOS battery. I just wanted to confirm. The chips on my board are cFeon Q64-104HIP Q28K11a4 1301EDA, and cFeon Q32B-104HIP AJS785D4 1303LMA, respectively, if I read them correctly.

Yes you need read both chip and sent will build new bios

I can read only the main bios chip (EN25Q64). I was able to write a new bios on it and try it, but it still doesn't post. The EC bios (EN25Q32B) was reading only Fs everywhere when I first hooked it up. After the main bios rewrite and subsequent power on attempt, the EC bios is reading only 0s. I keep getting a "Verification error on address: 00000000" when trying to write.

I'm using AsProgrammer software and a CH341a Pro Programmer with a chip clip. Is the EN25Q32B maybe more sensitive to voltage than the other chip? I checked voltage on the programmer ribbon cable adapter, and pin 1 has 5V of power. I read somewhere that it should be 3.3V max? Will that affect the chip programming?

I read about a CH314 mod to correct the voltage. I might try that and attempt it one more time before ordering a new chip.
