How do I handle this one, a client sent me picture of attached it needs bios password unlock. They tried flashing bios it didn't work.

my ec programmer seem to very old. I used to program old laptop's using the keyboard port with a ribbon cable. but this laptop keyboard port doesn't match any of the cables or the port on my programmer.
