DELL Dell OptiPlex 9020MT BIOS AM0426

I have a problem with my Dell 9020 Ethernet network card driver. There's an exclamation mark and a 20-second delay when it starts up. These are the original files needed for the repair. It has an accounting system installed, and I don't want to modify its serial number.

I tried updating the BIOS to the latest version, but it didn't work; it didn't update at all.I tried updating the BIOS to the latest version, but it didn't work; it didn't update at all. This is its current version.
