now making supllies for ram and processr but no display, before supply was misssing. i tried 2 times to write the chip but same error while verification

when i turn on laptop, capslock light turn on contineusly and ram and processor supplies are missing, there is no shortagein board, i flash above bios but same status, bios was already flashed i think. may sio file currupt, please check and build it
